A Prussian Garde du Corps parade helmet of thin construction with a silvered garde star front plate with a black eagle to the centre. Above the eagle is the legend, 'SUUM CUIQUE,' and along the star the inscription MIT GOTT FüR KöNING UND VATERLAND 1860. The crowned top eagle stands with spread wings on a pointed oval base. With the helmet a wall mount.

Condition

The inner lining is missing, two screws holding the nech plate are replaced and the bowl is somewhat dentet.
