The House of the Vettii is a Roman townhouse (domus) within the ancient city of Pompeii. It is one of the most famous of the luxurious Pompeiian residences. The house has been carefully restored, including the wall frescos, which were executed in the “Pompeiian Fourth Style” before the earthquake of 62 AD.
