Kaare Klint (b. Frederiksberg 1888, d. Copenhagen 1954)

“Church Chair”. 10 chairs with oak frame, seats with woven paper cord. Model 4133. Manufactured by Fritz Hansen. 1960s. (10)

In 1936 Kaare Klint designed this chair for the Bethlehem Church in Copenhagen. Later also installed in the Grundtvig Church.

Condition

Wear due to age and use, including scratches and marks. One chair with defect/crackle. Stains and dirt.
