Gertrud Vasegaard (b. Rønne 1913, d. 2007)

Hexagonal stoneware vase decorated on the exterior with geometric decor and greyish blue shades. Signed monogram for Gertrud Vasegaard and workshop-monogram. Unique. H. 12 cm. Diam. ca. 10 cm.

Provenance: Designer Rud Thygesen.

The description has been corrected and Myre Vasegaard removed from the description March 23 2020, 11:27 AM.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Surface fine line crack to the glaze from the upper rim and ca. 3 cm. down. Traces of white material from adhesive tape on the underside.
