A partly silver-gilt vinaigrette in the form of a fantasy fish, chased with scaly body, fins and face, pricked in bottom with owner's initials JCBG 1852. Apparently unmarked. Presumably Denmark. C. 1850. Weight 40 g. L. 8 cm.

Minimal wear due to age and use, including few marks and scratches.
