Kaare Klint (b. Frederiksberg 1888, d. Copenhagen 1954)

“The Red Chair”. Set of eight Cuban mahogany chairs and a matching pair of armchairs with profiled frame. Seat and back upholstered with patinated Niger leather, fitted with brass nails. Model 3758A and 4751. Designed 1927 and 1933. Made 1930s by Rud. Rasmussen Cabinetmakers, with maker's paper label. (10)
