Collection of lidded pewter jugs, consisting of three German wine pitchers. One decorated with a twisted body with opposing twists, engraved with a cartouche bearing the owner's initials “L.G.” The large lidded jug with horizontal fluting, engraved with flowers and foliage motifs and the owner's initials “N.A.” anno 1771, the swing handle is stamped with an eagle and the initials A.W. The smallest lidded jug engraved with flowers. These circa 1800. Additionally, an Empire screw-top bottle with engraved borders and the inscription “C. F. F. Erben 1848,” stamped on the inside with the city arms of Marienberg in Saxony and the maker’s mark of Johan Carl Gottlob Reichel. 19th century. H. 24–36 cm. (4)
