“Scimitar”. Lounge chair with steel frame. Seat and pierced back upholstered with dark brown coloured leather. Model IS-63. Designed 1962–1963. This example made 1960s by upholsterer Ivan Schlechter, stamped on reverse side of seat.

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Surface marks and scratches. Leather with few dents, wear along front of seat. Top corners of back with missing foam/filling inside.
