A pair of Swiss converted pistol by Rudolf Graf c 1770 with ball butts, flat locks with set triggers marked GRAF, side-plate in iron plate, c 29 cm long rifled two-stage barrels in calibre c 12,5 mm rifled with 20 small grooves faintly marked A WINTERTHUR. Above the powder chambers 3 makers marks with a rampant lion (like Støckel 5517). The pistols are drum converted to percussion and the fore-stocks were cut of at the same time.
Condition
The locks mechanically defect.
