This lot is being sold on behalf of a bankruptcy estate, for which attorney-at-law Boris Frederiksen has been appointed trustee.

Pursuant to section §238(7) of the Danish Bankruptcy Act, the trustee, the probate court’s assistant, members of the creditors’ committee, expert advisers, auditors, restructuring administrators, trustees, or appraisers, as well as persons closely related to any of the aforementioned persons or employees of their businesses, are prohibited from acquiring assets from the bankruptcy estate. When purchasing this lot, Bruun Rasmussen will disclose the buyer’s name and address to the trustee for the purpose of enabling the trustee to verify that the purchase does not contravene section 238(7) of the Danish Bankruptcy Act. Bruun Rasmussen processes and discloses this information on the basis of a legitimate interest in facilitating this verification, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
