A Chinese porcelain hatstand, decorated in colours with fish and seaweed. Now mounted as a table lamp. Signed Tong Huaju. Marked Tongzhi, but late Qing/Republic. H. excl. the mounting. 28 cm.

Peeling in the left side to seaweed decoration. Pin holes and tiny iron stains from the manufacturing. Examined with mountings, without guarantee for hidden defects.
