A Danish Renaissance silver tankard, of cylindrical fluted form, the domed cover and reverse with star-shaped design, the cover engraved with the coat of arms of Karsten Hansen Atke and Heilvig Dirichsdatter Draguns dated 1666, raised on three cast pomegranates supports below stylized foliage, forked thumb-piece with two minor pomegranates. The reverse engraved Peder Andersøn Werø, Trine Laresdater Tonsberg. Maker Niels Enevoldsen, Copenhagen 1663. Weight 779 g. H. incl. thumb-piece 17 cm.
