“Pretty Woman” initially had another workling title, namely “3,000” which was a reference to the amount of dollars that the businessman Edward is to pay the intelligent prostitute Vivian for her services throughout a week. However, instead of “3,000” the production company ended up boroughing the title of the famous Roy Orbison classic from 1964, “Pretty Woman”.
Julia Roberts was never the producers' first choice as Vivian, far from actually. Before turning to her they asked Molly Ringwald, Sandra Bullock, Sarah Jessica Parker and Daryl Hannah, yet they all said no. They did not like the prospect of playing a prostitute. The movie turned out to be one of the greatest blockbusters of the 1990s.
In 2019 Julia Roberts stated that the film could not have been made today.
No remarks. This is an original colour photograph with the authentic signature of the American actress Julia Roberts. Certificate of authenticity from BAS included. BAS is one of the most reputable authorities in the world in regards to valuation and authentication of signatures.
