Arne Bang (b. Frederiksberg 1901, d. Fensmark 1983)

Two round stoneware vases, one modelled with relief decor. Decorated with resp. dark violet glaze with a few ochre elements and with light green and blue glaze with greyish brown elements. Signed monogram, resp. 148 and with faint model number. H. resp. 12.5 and 11.5 cm. (2)

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks, the brown glazed vase with some “metallic” scratch marks to the upper part of exterior. Vase with light green and blue glaze: presumably originally a lid jar (=missing lid?).
