A Russian Fabergé 14k reddish gold kovsh, of traditional oval form with raised front and handle, the latter set with an oval cabochoncut chalcedony, smooth body engraved with profiled decoration, bottom inserted with a domed coin anno 1756 with profile portrait of Tsarina Elisabeth (1709–1762), circular base. Minimal wear due to age and use, including few, small and light surface scratches. Exterior bottom with a bit more marks and scratches - but still minimal. The spot in the interior bottom was dirt, which was removed after the photographing.
