Main building and wings of the estate, Lundsgaard, near Kerteminde on Funen, seen from the east. Unsigned. Inscribed and dated Juel J. 1798 on the reverse. Oil on canvas. 47×62 cm.

The estate, Lundsgaard Gods, was owned by chamberlain Jens Juel (1707–1774) from 1747–1774. N. B. Description altered 8–7-2020.

Condition

One repair / patch on the reverse. In need of cleaning. Marks from the stretcher visible on the front. Minor crackles, peelings and dents.
