A Chinese fluted silver tea set adorned with embossed bands of bamboo, blooming prunus and architecture respectively, handle and finial in shape of dragons, foot rim with ruyi trimming. Tu Mao Xing, Jiujiang, Jiangxi. C. 1900. Weight 1,002 g. H. 8.5–16 cm. (4)

Condition

Finial on tepot has been “squeesed” down. Sugertongue: Repaired and 3 fingers broken. Creamer, wry on the spout Sugarbowl with repair on cover. Dragon is chipped, dent on the base. Bottums incised with “insurance” numbers.
