A Rococo silver hand-wash bassin, of oval and spiral-fluted form, shallow well with uptuned edge and profiled-curved rim. The twin brothers, maker Anton Carl Severin and Maker Friedrich Johann Severin in Schleswig (town), fineness 13. Second half-18th century. Weight 1,006 g. H. 6 cm. W. 27.5 cm. L. 38.5 cm.
The hand-wash bassin was made, when Schleswig-Holstein were duchies and belonged to the Danish crown.
