Provenance: Consul Gunnar Buck, was employed in 1921 in East Asian Company. In 1928, he began his overseas service in Malya, China and Manchuria. GB became Vice consul in Harbin 1940–1945 and in 1952 he became Denmark's consul in Tokyo.
Head part of the hair adornment missing, peeling at the gilt, some holes in the metal, corroded. Wear due to age and use.
