A collection of American pocket watches of goldplate, steel and base metal, of these two hunter cased, one with glazed back case, one back case engraved with a train, comprising the brands Hampden, Illinois, Waltham, Hamilton, Elgin, Burlington, South Bend and Ball. Primarily early 20th century. Together with two open-face Longines pocket watches of silver and goldplate, 1920s. Case diam. c. 41–50 mm. (36)
The main part of the pocket watches works (approx. six can not be activated, amont these the Longines silver pocket watch), but we do not guarantee for the functionality. A few dials with cracks/chips. Some cases engraved. One glass with a minor crack. Preview recommended. The lining in the wooden boxes has disintegrated - most of the watch reverses therefore have white fluff remains (can be scratched away).
