Awarded to the dane Poul Bergenhammer Sørensen (1906–1951) for the team competition in Road Race (cycling). He finished as number 28 in the individual competition. His younger brother was Peder Bergenhammer Sørensen (1914–1944) from the famous Danish WW2-resistance group (Hvidstengruppen). Six of Poul Bergenhammer Sørensen's engraved Danish cycling trophies (5 silver, total weight 734 g, one silverplated) from 1926–1930 incl. Danmarksmesterskabet 1929 are included. Photo of P.B.
