A Danish South Jutland partly gilt silver “hovedvandsæg” vinaigrette, gilt interior, lid with pierced crown, set with 71 red, blue and green facetted glass stones, hexagonal base with balm hide, pricked with owner's initials and year N. N. J 1849. Maker Reimar Diedrich Dethlefsen, Sønderborg c. 1819–1836, widow continues until 1860. Weight 92 g. H. 13 cm.
