A Danish longcase clock in case of original painted wood with religious scene, gold painted brass dial with pewter chapter ring. Plaque signed Chr. Ipsen No. 70. Rønne, late 18th century. H. 219 cm. W. 47 cm. D. 25 cm.

Mester Christian Ipsen fik borgerskab i Rønne 1771 og var udlært af Otto Arboe.

Condition

Wear due to age and use. Pendulum. Two weights is enclosed. No guarantee of the function of the clock work.
