Not relined. UV-light shows a few little retouches on some of the white parts (on the sun reflexions). Some of the white parts are also a little crackled. These cracks might be premature cracks. The white parts are a little golden / yellowish - but it is hard to tell if they are supposed to be so or if the painting needs a surface cleaning. It's a well painted piece with a beautiful, almost impressionistic light.
