“PP 35”. A solid oak tray table with circular, reversible top. Designed 1945. Manufactured and marked by PP Møbler. H. 50. Diam. 55 cm.

Model presented at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers 20th Guild Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark, 27. Sept. - 13th Oct. 1946 by cabinetmaker I. Christiansen. Literature: Grete Jalk [ed.]. “40th Years of Danish Furniture Design”, vol 2, pp. 290–291. The tray table is produced in two sizes, respectively with a diameter of 54 and 62 cm. Andreas Tuck had production rights in the period 1950–1973. PP Furniture have had production rights since 1973.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Top with stains.
