Thorvald Bindesbøll (b. Copenhagen 1846, d. s.p. 1908)

An Arts and Crafts earthenware vase with fastened base, modelled with wavy mouth and edge. Decorated with slightly metallic, olive green glaze, incised relief grooves. Signed monogram, 1907 on the side of the vase. H. 12,5 cm. Diam. 25 cm.

Condition

Normal patina due to age and use, including scratches and marks. Crack on the surface of the base.
