Edvard Thomsen (b. Copenhagen 1884, d. Frederiksberg 1980)
Large solid pine drawing cabinet with beech frame. Front with 12 numbered drawers, iron lock mechanism. Designed and made 1936 by Rud. Rasmussen Cabinetmakers, with remains of paper label. Stamped by The Royal Danish Academy. H. 146.5 cm. W. 105 cm. D. 130 cm.
Condition
Extensive patina and wear. Scratches, marks, notches, chips and cracks. Blotches, paint and ink marks. Screws for back legs missing. Loose assemblings. Suitable for restoration.
