An European Ceremonial Bearing Sword 1700–1750 with a large pear shaped pommel. a wooden handle wrapped in leather, a large straight quillion and a c. 84 cm. long broad blade decorated on both sides with the same etched motif: a crowned sun and a moon? surrounded by scroll.
The leather on the grip is very dry and part of the surface is missing. The blade is stained. Note: this lot demands a permit for export outside of Denmark. The Danish authorities demand an import licence from the police of the buyers country of residence, or documentation that you do not require a licence to posess the items in your country.
