A Japanese Tanto c 1800–1850 in its scabbard. The short tang with two holes is unsigned, the rather thick blade is c 18,5 cm long with two short fullers on each side in a red lacquered wooden scabbard with Kozuka and Kogai decorated en suite with the grip mounts.

Condition

The scabbard and the boundings on the grip somewhat damaged.
