A Japanese four panel folding screen, decorated with prunus and a pair of birds alongside a river on gilt ground. Paint on silk with silk border. Taisho 1912–1926. 84×220 cm.

Peelings to lacquer edges. Peelings, larger peelins and damp marks at the corners of the panels. Small fabirc border partly loose. Wear due to age and use.
