A second half of the 19th century French gilded and patinated bronze mantel clock, modelled as a cherub seated at a fluted column with festoon and acanthus, raised on a greyish marble base decorated with beadings and entwined ribbon and foliage. Signed Dernière F.t de bronzes à Paris. Movement signed Japy Frères. H. 65 cm.

Condition

Detached part of festoon enclosed. A few nicks to marble base. Nicks to dial. Pendulum and key is enclosed. Minor wear due to age and use. We do not guarantee for the functionality.
