A large Adams 5-shot revolver number 33079 in calibre c 12,5 mm. made by L. A. C. 1860 and later converted to cartridge. The right side of the frame marked ADAMS PATENT NO 3887 as well as the serial number 33079. The barrel is c 18,5 cm long marked L. A. C. in a line as well as proof marks. The revolver is converted from percussion to cartridge using a “split cylinder” system. In order to load the cartridges the entire cylinder needs to be removed.
The iron is spotted and without original colour.
