Fritz Kraul (b. Altona 1862, d. Copenhagen 1935)

Academy drawing of the sculpture group Panterjægeren, (The Panther Hunter) from 1845 by Jens Adolf Jerichau (1816–1883). Unsigned. On the reverse appoved: Fritz Kraul Marts 84, H. Conradsen 24/3 84. Charcoal on paper. 64.5×45.5 cm.

Condition

The paper has turned slightly brown. A few minimal discolourations, pinholes in corners and a 0,5 cm scratch at lower edge. Examined in frame.
