A painter in the dunes at Harboøre, Jutland. Unsigned. Oil on canvas. 28 × 33 cm.

Inscribed on the stretcher “Harboøre 1840”. According to exhibition catalogues from Charlottenborg's Spring Exhibitions and the list of the artist's estate auction, it was in the 1850s that I. P. Møller executed and exhibited works from the west coast of Jutland and Harboøre.
