A George III mahogany bronze mounted striking clock with gilt brass dial and openwork corner ornaments, the silvered dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, movement with hour striking and calendar. The dial marked 'John Taylor, London'. England, late 18th century. H. 50 cm. W. 30 cm. D. 18 cm.
