A creamware chestnut basket and plate, openwork sides, decorated with garlands of oak leaves and acorns, the handles with a smart harlequin scheme in yellow and black. Made by Sewell at Newcastle Upon Tyne. C. 1800. Basket H. 12. L. 30 cm. Dish L. 26 cm. (2)

Condition

Dish with minimal nick. Minor peelings to black decoration. Discoloration.
