English verge pocket watch in silver and gilt brass pair cases, white dial with Roman numerals and outer 5-minutes Arabic numerals, gilt movement signed Rt Barnes Liverpool. Outer cases appear unmarked. Liverpool c. 1755. Case diam. 40/46 mm.

The watch works, but we do not guarantee for the functionality. Dial with one larger chip (6 o'clock) and some minor, a few haircracks. Inner case hinge with repair. Outer back case indistinctly engraved with monogram, worn gilding and replaced catch button. Wear due to age and use.
