A collection of Roman antiquities comprising two wall fragments with remains of stucco paint, one with architectonic profile, an alabster alabastron and a terracotta figure. Roman Emperial Period, 1st-2nd century AD. H. c. 8–10,5 cm. (4)
Provenance: Acquired by curator Harald Olsen, 1921–2003. Thence by descent in the family. Harald Olsen was a.o. curator at Statens Museum for Kunst in the period 1949–1983. He travelled and lived periodically and after retirement permanently in Rome. The antiquities were acquired then.
Wear due to age and use. Stucco fragments fragile. Alabastron possibly repaired near bottom.
