Princess Thyra of Denmark (1880–1945) was daughter of King Frederik VIII of Denmark and sister of King Christian X of Denmark.

Provenance: After Princess Thyra of Denmark her nephew and his wife, Hereditary Prince Knud (1900–1976) and Hereditary Princess Caroline-Mathilde of Denmark (1912–1995); then their daughter, Princess Elisabeth of Denmark (1935–2018). Before her death the collection was given to private Danish ownership, which it have been until today.
