Left side of top with hidden storage underneath, right side mounted with file cabinet of pierced metal. Model 4658. Designed 1952. This example manufactured approx. 1950s by Herman Miller. H. 103 cm. L. 138 cm. W. 70 cm.
Fine example of the classic experiment in efficient desk design. The hinged writing surface opens up to reveal several shelves and a drawer. “Floating” cabinet reveals storage, shelves and a drawer.
