The painting will be included in a future third and final volume of Ane Hejlskov Larsen's catalogue raisonné of Per Kirkeby's works, covering the period 1990–2018, to be published winter 2021. According to Galerie Michael Werner the work is made in 2005 but signed by the artist in 2006. Provenance: Galleri Bo Bjerggaard, Copenhagen (label on the reverse with no. PKI-05–016). Provenance: Private collection, Denmark.
