A rocky landscape with wild flowers in the foreground. Inscribed and dated Janus la Cour 81. Oil on canvas laid on canvas. Visible size 37.5×52.5 cm.

Provenance: Bruun Rasmussen auction 613, 1995 no. 508. The collection of the artist Peter Brandes.

Condition

Crackles of various sizes. Nailholes at lower edge, minor pinholes and in upper left side minor damage to edge. Lower right corner a bit uneven, canvas slightly loosened from mount.
