A pair of richly carved Chinese hardwood chairs. First half of the 20th century. (2).

Brought to Denmark around 1950 by a captain in the East Asiatic Company of Copenhagen. Since then inherited within the captain's family.

Condition

Dust. Expected signs of age. Seats and backs with “floating” panels.
