A limestone head of a bodhisattva, her face with serene expression and coiffed with hairdos and adorned with a Dharma wheel and florets to both sides with traces of gilt and paint. Possibly Sui Dynasty 581–618. H. 33 cm.

Provenance: Antiquarian Gerda Petri (1934–2020), former curator, The Royal Danish Collection, Copenhagen.
