“Flag Halyard Chair”. Easy chair with original white lacquered steel frame and black rubber “shoes”. Chromed steel top with flag halyard. Headrest upholstered with later brown fabric. Later white sheepskin included. Model GE 225. Designed 1950. This example manufactured 1980s by Getama, with maker's label marked no. 1.
Model presented at The Arts & Crafts Spring Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark in 1950.
