A German Rococo silver dessert cutlery, chased with rocailles and flowers, the knives and forks with porcelain pistol handles, with basket moulding, decorated in colours with Deutsche Blumen, comprising 12 knives, 12 forks and 12 dessert spoons. Maker Johann Jakob I Schoap (1725–1774), Augsburg town mark 1765–1767. The porcelain handles presumably Meissen. In original two-layer fitted maroquin case. (36)

Provenance: Princess Thyra of Denmark; her nephew Hereditary Prince Knud of Denmark; his daughter Her Highness Princess Elisabeth to Denmark (1935–2018); her heirs Josephine of Rosenborg, Camilla of Rosenborg and Feodora of Rosenborg.
