“Kinastolen”. Cherry wood armchair, loose cushion in seat upholstered with patinated natural leather, fitted with buttons. Model 4283. Designed 1944. Manufactured and marked by Fritz Hansen, 1966.
Provenance: Arkitekt Finn Gaardboe.
Finn Gaardboe assisted Steen Eiler Rasmussen in the 1940's and was the architect behind various public buildings in the city of Herning during the post war period.
Condition
Wear due to age and use. Scratches and nicks. Seat cushion with seven missing buttons. Backrest and apron to the reverse with crack.
