“Papa Bear”. A wingback easy chair with teak “nails” and legs. Sides, back and seat cushion upholstered with light green wool, back fitted with buttons. Model AP 19. Designed 1951. This example manufactured approx. 1950–1960s by AP Stolen.
Model presented at the exhibition “Tidens Møbler” in Forum 1952.
Condition
Patina due to age and use including scratches and marks. Upholstery with light dirt and minor stains, slight faded. Left “nail”/“paw” with transversal crack with traces of glue/filler.
