Tove Kindt-Larsen (b. 1906, d. 1994)
Very rare solid, stained elm wood desk with round legs and stretchers. Front with two drawers, interior with original light blue paint. Brass fittings. Designed and made 1936 by H.M. Birkedal Hansen & Søn. H. 74.5 cm. L. 130.5 cm. W. 64.5 cm.
Model designed before Tove Kindt-Larsen married Edvard Kindt-Larsen, and was thus presented at The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers' Guild Exhibition at Designmuseum Danmark in 1936 under her maiden name, Tove Reddersen.
