Rut Bryk (b. 1916, d. 1999)
A large, rectangular stoneware wall relief. Composed by square tiles with embossed relief decor and flowers. Partly decorated with turquoise blue, light blue, green and greyish black glaze. Made by Arabia, Finland approx. 1960. Unique. Mounted on a wooden board with iron brackets, marked verso Arabia, Finland. H. 83.5 cm. W. 74.5 cm. D. 5 cm.
Provenance: Danish private collector. Acquired by the current owner at Københavns Auktioner in approx. 1979.
